Whether you are at the other end of the world, on a boat, or on a mountain top—as long as there is an internet connection—we can meet at a day and time we decide together. We will plan your nutrition face-to-face through video calls for goals such as:

• Weight Loss / Weight Gain
• Nutrition during Exercise
• Pregnancy Preparation
• Pregnancy Period
• Lactation (Breastfeeding) Period
• Chronic Disease
  

After you fill out the detailed information form I prepared to get to know you better and complete your application, I will contact you within 1-3 business days. On our scheduled appointment day, I will be on the screen to teach you how to meet your body and how to become your own dietitian.

How to Start?

1. Click the "Buy" button.
2. If you are not a member, complete your registration.
3. Fill out the information form so I can get to know you better. (The questions might seem a bit long, but your answers are very valuable for our journey. If you get tired, you can provide brief answers, and we can go into detail during our meeting.)

Program Details:

This package includes 1 initial consultation + 3 follow-up consultations.

• Initial Consultation: Lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.
• Follow-up Consultations: Last 20 to 30 minutes.
• Intervals: Appointments are scheduled with a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 12 days between them.

Application and Appointment Process:

• Initial Contact: After filling out the information form and completing the payment, we will contact you to schedule your appointment at a mutually agreed day and hour.
• Meeting Platforms: The initial and follow-up sessions are conducted via Google Meet, FaceTime, or WhatsApp video call.
• Personalized Plan: Your nFİT Online Diet program is specially prepared based on your lifestyle, genetic makeup, health status, and nutritional habits.
• Localization: While preparing your program, we consider the foods available in the markets and restaurants of the city you live in, your travel plans, exercise routine, medications, and supplements.
• Patient Portal: On the same day after your appointment, your personalized nutrition program is sent to your email.
• 7/24 Support: You can ask any questions regarding the program 24/7 via WhatsApp or email. Since we serve clients worldwide in different time zones, there are no hourly restrictions; however, your questions will be answered within a maximum of 24 hours.

Our Goal

Cancellation and Change/ Refund Policy:

• Once the diet program has started, if you wish to quit for any reason, no refunds are provided for unused consultations.
• If you have applied and made an appointment but wish to cancel the package before the first appointment (before the program starts), a refund will be issued with a 25% deduction. The refund is processed through the original payment channel within 7 business days.
• If you wish to pause the diet process, you can use your remaining consultations within 2 months starting from the date of the last consultation.

Appointment Rescheduling:

• I will send you a confirmation message one day before the scheduled appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or less before the appointment, the session will be considered as completed. We kindly ask you to comply with this policy to avoid disrupting other appointments.
