How to Get Started

✅ After reviewing your form, I will send you an email requesting any additional questions or medical tests if necessary, based on the information you provided. This email will arrive within 2–4 business days after your application.

✅ Once we clarify any remaining questions together, your first-week personalized nFİT Online Diet program will be uploaded to the “My Panel” section of our website created for you.

How Your nFİT Online Diet Process Works

• After receiving your first program, any questions you have will be answered via WhatsApp.
• Each week, you will need to weigh yourself regularly at home or on a nearby fixed scale and take body measurements with a tape measure once a month (measurement points will be shared with you along with the program).
• Just like your first plan, nFİT Online Diet follow-up programs are prepared specifically for you, taking into account:
  
• your weekly weight results
• any special plans or circumstances
• your feedback about the previous program
• For your new program to be prepared and uploaded, the required information must be sent via email or WhatsApp on the scheduled day.
  Consistent follow-up from both sides is essential for the process to work effectively.

Cancellation and Changes at the Start of the Diet

If you decide to stop the diet after it has started for any reason, unused sessions are non-refundable.

If you wish to pause the diet process, you may use your remaining sessions within 2 months from the date of your last session.

Your body is your home, and the only thing that will stay with you wherever you go.

The better you take care of it, the better it will accompany you through life.

This program does not cover any  phone or video consultations.
